Cabernet Sauvignon 2010

The first year of our flagship Cabernet. Sourcing the majority of the fruit from Annapurna vineyard in Stags Leap with additional fruit from the hills at Somerston Estate and from Reynolds Family Estate, we have created a true one of a kind Cabernet. A combination of 85% Cabernet, 11% Merlot and 4% Syrah, this wine balances all the desires of a big red.

The color emits shades of ripened plum followed by the aroma of raspberry, clove and a hint of mocha. This is a gorgeous wine with complete balance of fruit and tannin.
